GINGER BEAR COCKTAILS SARCASTIC DRY COCKTAILS

COCKTAIL RECIPES THAT MAKE THIS BEAR GROWL!

The Scents of Humor

(as served at Copper Whiskey Bar and invented by Sarah Howe)

Ingredients

1 ½ oz of Ginger Bear Gin®
1/2 oz Aperol
1/2 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 oz passion fruit
1/2 oz honey simple syrup

Creation Steps

Add all ingredients to ice filled shaker
shake well
pour over ice in collins glass
top with soda water
garnish with lemon twist

The Bear Pucker

(as served at the Warriors & Quiet Waters Fundraiser)

Ingredients

1 ½ oz of Ginger Bear Gin®
1/4″ blackberry simple syrup
1/2 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 leaves of fresh basil
splash of soda water

Creation Steps

Add basil leaves to shaker
muddle basil
add ice, gin, blackberry syrup, and lemon juice to shaker
shake until you can’t shake no more
add new ice to rocks glass
strain/pour over ice
add splash of soda water
garnish with a blackberry and lemon zest
gaze upon the creation and consume with loving lips

Eh Boo Boo

Ingredients

1 ½ ounces of Ginger Bear Gin®
Lime Wheel
2 Fresh Mint Leaves
Fresh Watermelon Juice
Soda Water

Creation Steps

Muddle lime wheel and mint leafs in bottom of rocks glass
Add ice, gin, watermelon juice, and soda water
Garnish with lime wedge

The Bear Back

Ingredients

1 ½ ounces of Ginger Bear Gin®
1 1/2 ounces of sweet vermouth
1/2 teaspoon of fernet
Splash of lime juice

Creation Steps

Add ice and all ingredients in shaker
shake until cold
Garnish with orange zest twist

Cran-Beary Gin Cocktail

Ingredients

1 ½ ounces of Ginger Bear Gin®
A splash of cranberry juice
8 drops of orange bitters
A splash of club soda

Creation Steps

Add all ingredients in a rocks glass with ice
Stir well
Garnish with an orange zest

2 Fat Guys Pucker

Ingredients

1 ½ ounces of Ginger Bear Gin®
½ ounce of simple syrup
3 ounces of grapefruit juice
Salt
Pepper

Creation Steps

Wet rim of glass with grapefruit slice
Lightly salt and pepper the rim of a tumbler glass
Add ice
Add all ingredients and stir
Garnish with a lemon

The Strange Bear

Ingredients

1.5 ounces of Ginger Bear Gin®
1.5 ounces of grapefruit juice
1.5 ounces of IPA (Bozeman Brewing’s Hopzone is preferred)
Slice of Orange

Creation Steps

Add all ingredients in a rocks glass with ice
Stir well
Garnish with a fresh orange slice

Big Sky Basil Gin Martini

Ingredients

2 ounces of Ginger Bear Gin®
¼ wedge of lime
2 leaves of fresh basil
Splash of simple syrup

Creation Steps

Add a splash of simple syrup to martini glass and evenly spread on inside surface.
Crush one ¼ wedge of lime and two leaves of fresh basil and add to martini shaker filled with ice.
Add gin to shaker
Shake for 30 seconds.
Pour into martini glass and garnish with a basil leaf

The Fruity Bear G&T

Ingredients

1.5 ounces of Ginger Bear Gin®
1 ounce of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
2 ounces of freshly squeezed orange juice
1 ounce of ginger beer
1 ounce of tonic water
Slice of grapefruit
Wedge of orange

Creation Steps

Shake with ice the gin, orange juice, and grapefruit juice for 30 seconds
Pour over desired amount of ice in a large tumbler glass
Add ginger beer and tonic water
Garnish with orange and grapefruit

The Whiskey Cottage G&T

Ingredients

1 ½ ounces of Ginger Bear Gin®
2 ounce of fresh squeezed ruby red grapefruit
1.5 ounces of elderflower tonic
slice of dried orange

Creation Steps

Add gin and grapefruit juice to ice filled shaker and shake
Pour over ice
Top with elderflower tonic
Garnish with dried orange slice

The Aleworks Gin and Juice

Ingredients

1.5 oz of Ginger Bear Gin®
1 oz grapefruit juice
.5 oz Hibiscus Agave (recipe on this page)
.5 oz lime juice

Creation Steps

Combine ingredients and shake
Strain over ice
Top with soda water

Hibiscus Agave

Ingredients

2 oz dried Hibiscus leaves
16 oz agave
16 oz water

Creation Steps

Combine ingredients in pot over medium heat
Stir until agave is dissolved
Steep leaves for 10 minutes
Strain syrup and cool

Rosemary Grapefruit Spritzer

Ingredients

2 oz Sarcastic Dry Gin®
1.5 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
.5 oz rosemary simple syrup
2 oz soda water

Creation Steps

add ice, Sarcastic Dry Gin grapefruit juice, and simple syrup to shaker
shake until the cows come home
strain and pour over ice in rocks glass
top with 2 oz of soda water
garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary
get ready for a shiver to go down your spine in enjoyment

Sarcastic Gimlet

Ingredients

2 oz Sarcastic Dry Gin®
1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
1 oz soda water

Creation Steps

add ice to rocks glass
add Sarcastic Dry Gin, lime juice, and simple syrup
stir until properly mixed
add soda water
garnish with lemon zest
enjoy this wonderful gimlet

The Big Sky Basil Gin Martini

Ingredients

2 oz Sarcastic Dry Gin®
2 leaves of fresh basil
Splash of simple syrup
wedge of lime

Creation Steps

add a splash of simple syrup to martini glass and evenly spread on inside surface
muddle lime wedge and basil leaves in shaker then add ice
add gin to shaker
shake like a pro
pour into martini glass and garnish with a fresh basil leaf

Sarcastic Elder Fizz

Ingredients

2 oz Sarcastic Dry Gin®
.5 oz agave
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz elderflower tonic
lemon twist

Creation Steps

add gin, agave, and lemon juice to shaker with ice
shake until your arm gets tired (or about 15 seconds in our case)
strain over new ice in a rocks glass
top with elderflower tonic
garnish with a lemon twist
enjoy the symphony of this cocktail!
